Rebecca Wood, RN, MSN, APNP, AGPCNP-BC

Rebecca, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Carroll University and later completed her Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Master’s degree at Concordia University. With five years of nursing experience, Rebecca brings a strong clinical foundation and a genuine passion for patient-centered care to her role as a Nurse Practitioner.

Rebecca is dedicated to delivering care that is compassionate, thoughtful, and grounded in clinical excellence. She strives to understand each patient’s unique needs and circumstances, working together with them to make informed decisions about their health.
