Cheryl Graham, APNP

Cheryl received her BSN through Grand Canyon University. She then received her MSN in Nursing Education from Grand Canyon University. Recently she received her FNP through Bradley University. As a nurse for 19 years and now a Family Nurse Practitioner, Cheryl’s care philosophy is rooted in providing compassionate, evidence-based, and holistic care. She believes in meeting patients where they are, advocating for their health, and empowering them through education and collaboration. Her practice is guided by integrity, respect, and a lifelong commitment to learning in order to promote the best possible outcomes for every patient.
